What is their return policy?

Their policy is valid for 14 days. If your order has been delivered within 14 days, unfortunately they cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to complete your return, they will need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchases back to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable). Any item not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons other than their fault. Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

They usually ship within 24-48 hours of receiving any order. Once your product ships, you will receive a tracking number that will keep you informed of the location of your order. Depending on your location, your order will be shipped from the US, Europe or China. From then on, items will take 5-20 days to arrive, depending on your country.

How long does it take for a refund to arrive?

Once your return has been received and reviewed, they will send you an email notifying you that they have received your returned item. They will also notify you to approve or deny your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit limit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift points for the return value. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
