What is their return policy?

• You can return any new and unused items within 30 days after the delivery date to get a full refund of the purchase price. All goods marked as final sales will not be returned. Please note that the freight is not refundable.

• All items must be returned undamaged with the original box and / or packaging, including all labels, for acceptance. When returning the ycmc order, please use a separate box for delivery. Any return using the original shoebox as the shipping package will not be accepted. Shipments that are rejected or marked as returned to the sender will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

• For all products marked as final sales, including but not limited to air jordan retro and Adidas yeezy purchased, all sales are non refundable. In addition, due to the nature of the product, all underwear and swimwear are final sales goods and cannot be returned.

• Ycmc reserves the right to refuse any return, refuse to provide any refund and / or charge a restocking fee for any return that does not meet their return requirements at its discretion. This includes the final sale of goods, returned goods with damaged or missing original packaging or documents, or goods they reasonably determine to order through the use of robots or other automatic equipment or software. There is no exception to this policy.

What is their shipping policy?

• Please allow 3-7 working days for processing before shipment. Ycmc orders are processed from Monday to Friday (except holidays). After the order is delivered, please allow an additional 1-5 working days for delivery.

• Please note that if they think there are signs of inaccurate / missing information, they reserve the right to retain and confirm the order.

• Some orders with a subtotal of more than $75 will be eligible for free delivery. If you get the "free shipping" option at checkout, your order is eligible for free shipping.

• Please note that orders containing limited release goods do not meet the conditions for free delivery.
• Free delivery is only applicable to normal orders, not large orders. Ycmc reserves the right to charge the applicable freight for any such order. 
• Ycmc orders are shipped through ups ground or UPS surepost services. They do not provide expedited transportation at present. They do not provide international shipping, nor can they deliver to U.S. territory.

How to track my order status?

• You can track orders by clicking the "view order" button in the order confirmation or shipment confirmation email. In addition, you can access your tracking information by logging into your ycmc account.

• Please note that it may take 24-48 hours to update the tracking information since you first received it.
