What to do for the lost or delayed orders?

• A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. 

• They cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. 

• Although orders normally take much less than that they are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

What is the shipping policy?

• 100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. Please note, they are currently only able to ship within the United States or to US territories.

• Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm PST should be received within 3-5 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

• Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm PST should be received the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

How to start a return?

• To begin your return request, please contact their Customer Experience team by emailing them at [email protected] or submitting your return request. 

• Friendly reminder: requests must be made within 30 day of the delivery of your order. 

• To complete your return, they require a record or proof of purchase through their website.  

• If you wish to return your product to another retailer, they ask that you contact them directly. 

When will I receive my refund?

• If your return request is received within 30 business days of delivery your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. 

• They are unable to process a refund for a product that has been returned previously.
