What is their return policy?

They do not accept returns or exchanges unless the purchased item is defective. They may also ask for pictures or other identifying information to determine that the damage was caused by the carrier. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact them with product and defect details. They may ask you for pictures, videos, descriptions and other identifying information to make a decision. Your return request may be denied if you are unable to provide sufficient documentation required. If your item is deemed defective, at the sole discretion of KMRelief, they will issue you an RMA # which you will need to put in and on the package. They will then provide you with the appropriate address to send your return to.
