Why did my subscription renew?
When you purchase an Aaptiv subscription, it automatically renews monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose.
You will continue to be billed on the same day of each renewal period unless you cancel your subscription at least 48 hours prior to the renewal.
How do I add or remove a healthy habit?
Aaptiv Coach helps you maintain healthy habits. You can add or remove healthy habits two ways:
Go to the Coach tab, click on the "+" sign, and then select "Add a habit."
While in Coach, click on "edit" in the top right corner. From there, hit “edit preferences” and select “manage your healthy habits.”

You can cancel through your account settings on Aaptiv.com: https://aaptiv.com/member/settings/membership-plan
If you signed up for Aaptiv through your iTunes account:
On your iPhone.
Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
Tap Subscriptions > Aaptiv > Cancel Subscription.
