How can I make a return?

• To return an item, please contact their customer service to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) at [email protected]. 

• Be sure to have the following ready: Order Number, Item Being Returned,Reason For Return.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after confirmed receipt of the returned item.

• When returning packages, they strongly recommend shipping with a method that is trackable and insured for shipper's purposes. It is solely the customer's responsibility to report all physical damages to the product being sent back prior to the shipment as the shipper may be held responsible for any and all non-reported damages.

• The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted. There will be no refunds on shipping for any reason. All non-defective merchandise will be charged 15% RESTOCKING FEE unless specified otherwise.

USPS First Class Mail takes from 2-9 working days, depending on destination and seasons. For all shipments shipped via USPS First class, they offer 'DELIVERY CONFIRMATION' number with each package. Difference between tracking number provided by UPS vs.USPS Delivery Confirmation number is: Delivery Confirmation status is updated when the delivery has been made or when the package has made it through major USPS stations.

What happens if my credit card is declined?

The order can still be placed with the card being declined. This gives their customers a chance to still place the order. An email will be sent that you will need to contact them. they contact their customers daily in regards to this issue. At times the numbers may have been entered incorrectly, or, if you wish, you may try to use a different card. The order will be left on Hold until either you wish to cancel the order or it has been a week and they haven't received a response from you.

I received a call or email in regards to a security hold on my order. What do I do?
