I purchased an item on pre-order, when will it arrive?

If you've purchased a product with them on pre-order, they will always state the estimated date that your item will be shipped on the product page. This will also be repeated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 working days for your item to arrive after this dispatch date. They will always try to keep you informed of any updates, however if 5 days have elapsed after the proposed dispatch date please contact them at [email protected].

Can I return or refund my order?

• Unfortunately they cannot accept any returns, as JOI is a food product that cannot be repackaged or resold. However, if your order was damaged or did not meet your expectations, please reach out to their support team so they can help resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please note that their 8 lb pails are non-refundable. 

• If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please email them so that they can help resolve the issue right away. Refunds are automatically awarded for damaged product. They simply ask that you provide photo evidence within 3 days of receiving the damaged product.

Can I change or cancel my order?

• Once you have placed an order with them, their team works hard to ensure your order is promptly packaged and shipped. Therefore, once you are charged, they are unable to interfere with this process.

• That being said, if you have already placed an order and would like to cancel the order, add or remove items and change the shipping address.

• Please contact their support team within 30 minutes of placing your order.

• For the best chance of them being able to honor your request, please send your message with the subject line "Modify or Cancel Order" and include your ORDER # in the body of your message.

• Orders paid for with PayPal must ship to the original shipping address. If you request an address change for a PayPal order, they will cancel the order instead.

My order was damaged. What do I do?

If your order was damaged or did not meet your expectations, please email them so they can help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

No, you can only use one promotional discount in each individual order.

Is milk made with JOI high in calcium?

Out of all plant-based foods, almonds are one of the best sources of calcium. However, a serving of JOI only makes up 5% of your daily intake. Feel free to add natural calcium supplements such as leafy greens and seeds to increase your calcium intake.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, you can! You should have received an order confirmation email once your order was placed. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you (via the same email or SMS) so you can track your order.
