What is their shipping policy?

• The payment page provides a complete list of countries where their products are shipped. When you click the country drop-down window, you will see a list of countries.

• Once your order is shipped, they will send you an email, including the tracking number and carrier. Then, you can track the order status in time.

• Orders from the United States and Canada are usually shipped from the United States through ups., USPS or FedEx. Orders from other countries will be shipped from their factories in China. Transportation modes include DHL, TNT, ups and FedEx. It depends on your shipping address and the goods you order. Please contact their customer service team for more information.

• They have different freight rates for different products and countries. Please check the freight on the checkout page.

What is their return policy?

• Within thirty (30) days from the date you receive their products, you can contact them to obtain a return authorization (RA) number to return the goods and get a full refund (excluding freight). Ensure that the returned products are in good physical condition (no physical damage). The return must include all accessories originally shipped in your order.

How to return?

• If you need to return items, please perform the following simple steps:

• Call or email them within thirty (30) days of receiving the item to obtain your return authorization (RA) number.

• They will issue RA and send you the return label, and you need to pay the return freight.

• After receiving the shipping label, please return the item (and any accessories included) to the original packaging. Include a note with RA and a brief description of the problem that led to your return.

• The tax return should be sent to the address provided by your Ra number. Once they receive the return, they will process the refund within 2-5 working days.

What do I do if I received a damaged item?

• They are proud of people's products, but they cannot control them during shipment. In some extreme cases, the items you receive may be damaged during transportation, so you should check the items immediately after delivery to ensure that they are in good condition. In case of transportation damage, please provide them with photos or videos describing the damage and contact them by [email protected]. 

• Note: they do not accept claims for transportation damage made within 14 days after receiving the product.
