Yes.
- They provide free shipping for orders $75 or more in North America (Canada and USA ONLY) with the exception of Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Alaska and Hawaii. A flat fee of $10 shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders under $75 to North America with the exception of Northwest Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut in Canada and Alaska and Hawaii in the U.S. as there will be additional charges.
- Express and overnight delivery are available for an additional $ 10 and $15 respectively.
- International orders are requested to email them at [email protected] for shipping rates as they are contingent on your location and choice of purchase. They ship by FedEx, UPS and Canada Post.
What is Return policy of Alamode?
Most merchandize can be returned for an exchange or a refund within 20 days from date of delivery. Please email them to obtain a return authorization number (RA) before you ship an item back. Returned items must be accompanied by an RA number, its original receipt, all its packaging materials, unused, and in mint condition. Full refund or exchange will be remitted for products shipped with manufacturer’s defects or shipping error with the exceptions of opened bed sheets, pillows and duvets. They reserve the right to reject a refund or an exchange if the returned item has failed their inspections or do not meet their policy.Please note that shipping, duty and brokerage and insurance fees are non-refundable. Generally, most returns will take 2-3 weeks to process.
