Amore Beds warrants your Amore Beds branded product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship that could affect sleep quality for up to 20 years (hybrid) and 10 years (reversible). This warranty applies to mattresses manufactured by Amore Beds and purchased directly from an authorized Amore Beds retailer. The Amore Bed is designed to work on a sturdy support surface that is structurally capable of supporting the weight of the mattress and the user.

What is their return policy?

They offer a 100-night sleep trial. If you don't like your mattress, they will accept free/hassle-free returns. They expect you to still provide great feedback, so they work hard to make your returns process as painless as possible. Simply contact them at 844-84-AMORE MF 10-5 CST to begin the return process.

When will my order be shipped?

Currently, they do not offer expedited shipping. Each mattress is freshly made to individual order, which takes approximately 2 to 4 business days. Depending on your region, White Glove Delivery is an additional $100 to $150.

What does their warranty policy not cover?

• This limited warranty does not cover mattresses sold by resellers or unauthorized retailers.

• It does not include mattresses sold "as is", preconditioned, refurbished, used, returned, previously owned, or any other wording that indicates mattresses are not "new" or "first quality" or previously purchased or used by other customers.

• Warranty covers original North American purchasers only (US, Canada and Mexico).

• Minor damages or defects that do not affect the function of the mattress are not covered by the warranty.
