What are their shipping charges for phone or online orders?

• They charge $5.95 for items totaling up to $10, $6.95 for items totaling between $10 and $25, $8.95 for items totaling between $25 and $50, $10.95 for items totaling between $50 and $100, $12.95 for items totaling $100 and up. Premium and express rates are available upon request, please call 800-524-4263.

• For Canada shipments, please add an additional $10.00 for shipping. Any additional duty and taxes charged at the time of delivery are the responsibility of the end consumer, PlayMonster is not responsible.

• If you live in Alaska or Hawaii, please call 800-524-4263 to place your order as it will cost more for shipping.

I bought/received a game as a gift and don’t want it. Can I return it to PlayMonster for a refund?

• If you bought the item from a store or another online retailer, you will need to return it to the retailer where it was purchased. 

• If you made your purchase directly through them, via online or by phone, please call them at 800-524-4263 to get a return authorization number. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase less shipping and handling within 90 days of the date of purchase. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. 

• They cannot accept C.O.D deliveries. It is recommended that you use UPS, Fed Ex or insured Parcel Post for your return. Keep the Return Tracking Number for your return package to monitor delivery service.
