Can I get refunds?

• While all sales are final, they understand that surprises are inevitable. You are eligible for compensation because: goods were delivered incorrectly, Bouq arrival conditions were not qualified, or never delivered, and you completed a customer service request form within 3 calendar days of the delivery date. If you receive an unqualified Bouq, they ask that you attach a photo to your customer service application form. Points used to replace bouquets are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

• Bouqs accepts no responsibility if the delivery address of an order is entered incorrectly. If an order is placed at an incorrect or incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the resident of that address to retrieve the package.

How much does shipping cost?

• Bouqs offers free shipping on orders placed through their subscription. There is an extra charge of $12 for Saturday delivery. This includes selecting a subscription order for the Saturday delivery date.

• Some promotions will include different shipping rates that may differ from the $15 shipping rate. Please refer to the specific promotion landing page for applicable fees.

What should I do if my order was late?

• They are as excited as you are for your Bouq arrival! Please note that each of their bouquets is prepared to be ordered, so FedEx delivery disruptions can sometimes delay the delivery of your package to your door. Please note that fedex delivery time is 5 p.m. for orders marked with company/work address and 8 p.m. for orders marked with home address.

• If your Bouq comes from a farm, you can track it to see its updated delivery date. Because they pack flowers to withstand long-distance transportation, they may arrive intact even after a delay of 1-2 days. Of course, they need to be watered and cared for according to the instructions on the package, but within a few hours to a few days, your flowers should look vibrant and cheerful.

• Your package may be detained by fedex if fedex deems it unsafe to mail the package or if it cannot reach the drop location. They know that time is often as important as the flower itself, so if they miss it, please contact them and they'll put it right!

What should I do if my flowers are damaged?

• They apologize for the flowers. This is certainly not the experience they strive to provide. If a lot of your flowers aren't thriving, they'd love to check them out. Please contact them with the photo and they will do their best to compensate you.
