One of the items I was planning was damaged. What should I do?

The curators make great efforts to ensure that the best quality products are provided in each exhibition. They carry out extensive quality assurance for all products in each exhibition, including tests conducted in-house and by third-party accredited test laboratories, so as to achieve the highest quality tests. If you receive damaged products in your plan, please contact them within 30 days after receiving your goods and contact members for experience. The member experience advocate will take care of everything for you within 72 working hours.

To which countries do they ship?

They are currently shipped to the United States (including Puerto Rico territory), the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. For UK citizens: in order to deliver your order to you, they cooperate with passport shipping, and they will become the seller of all orders up to £ 135 in the UK.

How much is the freight?

• Domestic transportation - Curateur is proud to provide free land transportation for all domestic orders shipped within the United States.

• International shipping - if you ship to Australia, you will be charged an additional $30 for international shipping.

• If shipped to Canada or the United Kingdom, you will pay an additional $30 for international freight and any applicable duties and taxes (DDP). Tariffs and taxes are dynamically calculated based on the seasonal management of various projects and transport destinations. These duties and taxes are billed in advance when processing your order and are shown as a one-time payment in the shipping line of your order confirmation email, including $30 of international freight.
