Appleyard Frequently Asked Questions
How do I use my referral credit?
Once your cart value is £40 or higher, an additional box will appear under the 'gift voucher code' section in your shopping bag, showing how much referral credit you’ve earned. Type how much credit you would like to use in the box and click 'apply'.
Can I track my order if my delivery date is in the future?
For tracked orders, the day before delivery they will send a link you can use to track your delivery as it makes its journey. Alternatively you can use the Track My Order page on the site. Please note that your tracking link will not provide any information until the day of delivery.
Only part of my order has arrived?
Each product is sent separately. Therefore if one has arrived but another has not, it is on its way with a different courier. The exception is if you added an item to a bouquet (such as chocolates or wine). If this was missing, please use the contact them to let them know and they'll process a refund.
My flowers have not arrived, what should I do?
They go to great lengths to ensure all orders are delivered, and 98%-99% of orders are delivered first time. Regretfully, there can be rare occasions when that doesn't happen. They recognise that this can be frustrating, especially if you have ordered for a specific occasion.
If you haven't already, they recommend tracking your order so you can see where it is. If you have done this and you're worried about your delivery or are having issues tracking, then please get in touch with them and one of their friendly customer service agents would be more than happy to look into this for you.
How do I use Appleyard Store Credit?
If you have store credit in your account it will appear as available option in the 'Payment Information' section when you're in the checkout. Simply tick the box to use the store credit, click continue and the amount will be deducted from the total cost. See below for an example of where this is in the checkout stage. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of awarding.
Where is my order number?
You will find your 9-digit order number (starting 500 or 600) within your the order confirmation email. Alternatively, login to your account and you will find your order number in the 'Order History' section. On the evening before delivery, your order will be dispatched from their flower warehouse. You will then receive a notification via email or SMS.
The courier has stated that it has been delivered, but I can't find it?
The most common reason for this is customers selecting the incorrect address. Please check your order confirmation email to check this. If the address is correct, please contact them so they can check this and if necessary send out a fresh order. If you have supplied them with the incorrect address there is nothing they can do to rectify this for you once the order has left them.
