What products can I return?
For Refunds: Worn or unworn items. Refunds only are subject to a $7.95 restocking fee per order.
For Exchanges: Exchange items must be in new condition with tags attached. Exchanges are not subject to a restocking fee.
How does the exchange process work?
Exchanges are facilitated via a store credit e-gift card. This is the only way an exchange can be processed.
As soon as your package is marked in transit back to us by USPS, your e-gift card will be e-mailed to you and can be used to purchase your new item on our website.
Please be sure to check your junk/spam folders for the e-mail. If you have a Gmail account, also check the Promotions tab.
If you applied a discount code to your original order, please contact them at [email protected].
Once you submit your request, they will issue you a prepaid return label that you will need to print to send the item back to them.
