For a number of reasons, their flowers are fresher and better value than almost any other UK florist. They buy their flowers directly from flower auctions in Holland, cutting out several middlemen who charge commissions along the way. They buy in reasonable quantities, so they are able to get better prices on behalf of their customers. And they don't have fancy, fancy offices to back it up! Plus, their flowers only spend a short time in the fridge before they leave the house because they buy them every day, not once a week like the vast majority of florists do. All of this means that if you buy from Arena Flowers, you will get much better value for your flowers and spend much less time in transit compared to almost anywhere else.

When do the flowers arrive?

Their typical delivery time is between 8am and 6pm. They also offer timed delivery options, depending on the area you are sending to. These can be seen in their checkout.

What is the status of my order?

You can track your flower order at any time by clicking on the order link in the top right hand corner of your order confirmation email. You can also call them on their 0800 freephone number or, if you are calling internationally, you can reach them on +44 20 8001 0122. Their customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm and 8am to 2pm on Saturday. They may be able to answer calls outside of these times, but they cannot guarantee this. Please note: They will notify you via email when it is confirmed that your order has been delivered. If you entered your cell phone number during checkout, they will also send you a free text message when your order is delivered.

Where do they ship arena flowers to?

They deliver to the entire UK mainland. They do not currently offer delivery to a limited number of areas. Please see their flower delivery information for more details.
