Which states does Artisan Wine Depot not ship to?
Unfortunately, they cannot ship to Kentucky, Mississippi, New Hampshire, North Dakota, and Utah. They are legally prohibited from shipping any and all types of alcohol to these states at this time.
Does Artisan Wine Depot always ship orders immediately after processing item?
They make every effort to ship out all orders as quickly as possible once they have been processed. However, there are times when weather conditions can potentially damage the wine in transit. They strongly suggest that orders be held in-store when weather conditions continuously exceed 80°F or continuously fall below 25°F. If you have selected ground shipping as your method, they will highly reccommend expediting shipping or holding until weather conditions improve.
When customers opt to proceed with shipping against advisement, Artisan Wine and Spirits will not accept responsibility for damage that items may suffer due to extreme temperatures in transit and will not replace these items at their expense.
What is return policy?
To cancel your order, please contact at help@artisan.wine.com. If the product is still in their store and is in its original packaging, they will refund your purchase. Cancellations are only accepted within 10 days of the date of purchase. You will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and a 4% credit card fee if a credit card was used.
They will cover the cost for return shipping, only if they made a mistake on your order. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for the cost to return items by shipping.
