 How can I get help to personalize an ornament?
Do you love their ornaments and want to add your own personalization to them? You’re in luck! Their personalization comes free of additional charge and they would be happy to help customize your ornaments.

• Please select the ornament you wish to purchase, select if you would like a gift box for your order, then on step 2, you will be able to add the text you would like to your ornament.

• Ornaments of different sizes will have certain character limits, so please keep in mind these limits when entering your personalization

• Some ornaments are unable to be personalized depending on the composition and texture of the ornament.
  

How long does it take to process a refund?
Have you received a refund and are curious to see when the charges will drop off?

• Once a refund is processed, it will take 3-5 business days on average to return back to your account.

• Occasionally, your bank will cause a hold up in the time to get your refund which we cannot expedite. Please contact your back with any issues you may see in prolonged delay times.
