What is your return condition?
New returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. During the December Holiday season, the return deadline is extended to January 30.
Unauthorized returns will be processed late and a 20% handling fee will be charged.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on any non-resalable items.
Refunds will not be issued for returned items that are fully/partially installed or used or missing components. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items.
Returns are not available for custom or personalized products.
Shipping charges are refundable only if the return is due to an Auto Barn error or manufacturer's defect and the item is being replaced for an exchange.
How long will it take to get my products?
This depends on your location (they are located in New York), product availability and shipping method. If all products on your order are in stock, they will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days. Saturdays and Sundays do not count as transit days. After they ship, ground shipping may take 1-5 business days depending on your location. Some items may be shipped "direct from the manufacturer".
How do I know when my order will be shipped?
You will receive an email confirming that your order has shipped on the day it was shipped. You will also be given a tracking number. You can also check the status of your order by clicking here. Please make sure you have provided them with a complete and accurate shipping address. Any charges they incur for attempting to ship to an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged through the customer's original method of payment. In addition, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and return shipping costs associated with a refused order.
