• Here' s how it works: Starting from the day you buy any product from Away, you have the next 100 days to live with it, vibe with it, travel with it, take a picture of it, put a sticker on it, whatever it takes to make sure you love it. If it' s not the right fit for you, you can return for a full refund or exchange for your perfect travel companion.

• The Compression Socks, The Travel Neck Pillow, The Travel Blanket, and The Sleep Mask are fully returnable within 100 days as long as the tamper evident seal is intact.

What' s Away Travel return and exchange policy?

• If you decide that your new (non-personalized) Away product isn' t for you, you can return or exchange it any time within 100 days of your purchase—no ifs, ands, or asterisks. Fill out the form at awaytravel.com/contact-us and they' ll take care of the rest.

• The 100-day trial period does not start over if you exchange your item. If you end up returning your exchange order, you' ll only have the remainder of your original 100-day trial to do so. 

• They do not offer refunds for shipping fees, so if you originally selected expedited shipping for your order, you will only be refunded the cost of the item(s) you return. Please note that all returns must be shipped in a box, so they recommend holding on to your original packaging through the trial period.

Do your suitcases have a warranty?

• Yes—for life! Their suitcases are guaranteed by a limited lifetime warranty that covers any functional damage to the shell, wheels, handles, zippers, or anything else that impairs your use of the luggage. If anything breaks, they will fix or replace it for you. If your bag includes a battery, make sure you keep reading!

How do I redeem an Away gift card?

• Away gift cards are redeemable in retail store locations in the United States or online at awaytravel.com. If you are shopping in one of their U.S. retail stores, show one of our team members the gift card on your phone—or you can bring a printed copy! If you are shopping online on awaytravel.com, enter the 19-digit card number and PIN in the payment step during checkout. 

• They do not currently support purchase or use of gift cards outside of the United States and their U.S. website. Additional Away gift cards terms apply and can be found here.
