What is their return policy?

• You have 30 days to return the items from the date of receipt.

• In order to qualify for tax, they need to do several things.

• Your item must be unused and in the same state as the item you received.

• Your goods must be in unopened original packaging.

• Your goods need a receipt or proof of purchase.

• If you return loose tableware (loose tableware or service supplies):

• Please put the box in the shipping box outside.

• Please do not attach the shipping label directly to the returned bulk woodwork.

• Please note that they can only accept the return of unopened whole boxes of loose veneer containers.

If you return 8-piece or 25 piece veneers:

• The plastic package must not be opened. They cannot accept the return of open dishes.
• The sealed tableware set must be placed in the original unopened box. Open cartons or some cartons shall not be returned.

How long wilI I receive my order?

• They ship from Portland, Oregon, Monday through Friday. They try their best to deliver the goods within 2 working days after receiving your order. The freight of your order depends on the weight of your product and your location.

• At this time, they only send to the U.S. address. Bambu is pleased to provide free standard land transportation services for orders over $95.00. The order will be delivered by UPS on the ground and must be delivered to the actual address (no P.O. Box). UPS ground service is usually delivered within 3-10 working days. It depends on your location. 

• **Ups and USP may inevitably delay package delivery due to unforeseen weather conditions or peak periods. They are not responsible for delays in the ups or USPS delivery network. Although they make every effort to ship your order in time, they cannot control the final delivery date of your package.
