How often do they publish 60-minute workouts?

• Great question! They know that having access to longer workouts is important to their subscribers and we are committed to adding one new 60-minute Signature workout per month on the first of every month.

• They also add one new 45-minute Signature workout per week and a variety of 30-minute classes that can be paired together to achieve 60 minutes of movement. 

• If you are interested in taking longer-length workouts, they recommend connecting with your local studio here. Many of their studio owners have options to join them virtually if you are not located close enough to participate in person. 

I paused my subscription, but now I want to cancel - how do I do that?

• To cancel your subscription while it’s paused, please email their Customer Support team directly at [email protected], and their team will gladly assist you in canceling your subscription and verify that you will not be charged further. 

• Note: To make sure you are not charged on your reactivation date, please kindly email their Customer Support Team 48 hours before your account is set to reactivate to avoid being charged for another month of access. 

Why didn't I get a workout completion?

• To get a workout completion, you need to watch the entire workout. Starting and stopping (pausing) the workout a lot or refreshing the web page could also result in not getting a workout completion. 

• If you completed your workout and the workout is not showing up as completed on your calendar, know that you can manually add your workout to your tracker here: https://online.barre3.com/progress. 

Can I cancel at any time?

• Yes, you can cancel your online subscription in your account settings here, or by reaching out to their Online Support team here.

• Note: If you cancel after a payment has been made, your online access will continue to be active until the end of the current billing period. You subscription will cancel at the end of your paid time and will no longer be active after that end date.

Is Barre3 safe to practice while I'm pregnant?

So long as your doctor's cleared you to exercise, barre3 is a great option for prenatal exercise! They provide the ability to modify all the postures so they're safe for pregnancy while still being effective.

How much does shipping cost?

They offer UPS Ground, DHL, and USPS shipping; the cost of shipping is calculated based on the weight of the package (both dimensional and true weight) and the distance it will travel.
