What are Crate Club Return Policy?
Due to the fact they have to reserve a large amount of gear for their members they do not offer refunds or accept returns. As accurate as they can with their projections in order to ensure that everyone receives their crates in a timely manner each shipment cycle.
You can cancel your membership anytime, but please note that canceling a membership will not initiate a refund. You will still receive the crate(s) you paid for. Any membership canceled after the renewal date is non-refundable.
Do they offer international shipping?
Yes, but they currently only ship internationally to all APO, FPO, and DPO addresses in support of their military members serving overseas.
Can I change my shipping address?
You can change your shipping address any time prior to the next shipment processing by logging into your account to make changes. You must reach out within 45 days of a missing box to be eligible for a potential replacement.
