BBQ Guru Frequently Asked Questions
Does BBQ Guru support warranty?
Yes. Because of their commitment to quality workmanship, they proudly offer a warranty on their products. In the rare event that your product fails due to a defect within the warranty period, they will be happy to fix the problem. UltraQ, DynaQ, CyberQ Cloud, DigiQ DX3, PartyQ Controls, Pit Viper and Pit Bull Fans: The BBQ GURU warrants these products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 2 years (2-year limited warranty) from date of purchase. If defective, it will be repaired or replaced at no charge (at BBQ Guru's discretion). There are no user serviceable parts for this machine.
What is their return policy?
To be eligible, you must return the product unused within 90 days. All returns and exchanges must be in new, resalable condition and in the original packaging with all components present (including manuals or other documentation, if applicable) in order to receive a refund. They cannot provide a refund for any component of your cookware that has been used or that shows any visible signs of use, including smoke odor.
