Can I make a return or exchange at Billiards?

• Yes, you can return or exchange within 30 days. Pool Cues with special options have the full manufacturers warranty. Cues after being chalked are considered used and are not returnable. If you're not satisfied with the product, return it back to them for a full refund, exchange or credit less any shipping costs. All they ask is that you keep all packing materials and, send the product back to them in as-new condition in the original packaging.
