How long in advance should I place my order before the wedding day?

They recommend placing your dress order three months before the big day! This will allow ample time for you to receive your dress and get any alterations that might be required. Your timeline is important to them.

How can I find out the status of my order?

You can check your order status by accessing your Bill Levkoff account or reach out to their customer care team at [email protected] with the order number in your email title. They are happy to give you the most up to date information on the status of your order!

What are last-minute dresses?

•  Their last-minute dresses are in-stock and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery will be based off of your chosen shipping method that can be selected at checkout. Their last-minute dress program is created of their most popular styles and colors, but limited to quantities on hand. Their last-minute dresses are returnable too! 

• They must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of your dress to be eligible for a return. The dress must remain unworn, unaltered and with tags still attached for them to accept your return. They will then process the return successfully and refund you the total amount if you meet all of the guidelines and criteria. You must contact customer service by email: [email protected] or phone before starting your return.

How do I cancel my order?

• Their made-to-order dresses can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement. Their last-minute dresses and swatches can be cancelled within one hour of order placement. To cancel your order, you can log into your account and cancel your order within the cancellation window in your account history. 

• If you ordered as a guest, please reach out to their customer care team at [email protected] with the words "CANCELLATION REQUEST: ORDER NUMBER" in the email title. When the order has been successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation and a refund on your order total. Please allow several business days for processing of this refund. If your dress is already being manufactured, they may not be able to cancel your order. They want you to get the dress you love, so please reach out to them if you need assistance!

Can I add onto my order after it has been placed?

After your order has been placed, you only have three business days to have the opportunity for additions and adjustments to your order. If you have requested changes to your order within the three business days, they are able to cancel your order so you can place a new order with all your needed requests. If it has passed the three business days, they are unable to accommodate.

Does Bill Levkoff offer military or student discounts?

They currently do not offer military or student discounts. They always want to hear from their customers and care about your requests.
