What is the content of the warranty?

All non-branded products carry the original manufacturer's warranty. Certain products sold by SuspensionLifts.com may be covered by a specific manufacturer's warranty and may require the end user to file a warranty claim through the manufacturer. Any disassembly costs and all shipping costs to return defective parts to them are not covered by this warranty and are the responsibility of the purchaser. For shocks that Bilstein considers to be under warranty, Bilstein shocks within the coil are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase to the original owner.

What if I not satisfied with my order?

The RMA must be applied for within 30 days of the item being delivered. Any RMA requested after the 30-day deadline will be denied. Item cannot be installed or attempted to install and must be returned in perfect sellable condition for full credit. They must receive the item within 30 days of requesting the RMA. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned items. All returned merchandise must be insured at the customer's price for/or higher than the original purchase price to cover the entire contents of the product and packaging.

Can I cancel my order?

Due to COVID-19 and limited inventory, they allow a 10-minute window to cancel orders. If you ask for a cancellation within 10 days of placing the order, they will do their best to cancel, and if they can't cancel, they can try to reroute it, which will cost you extra. If you don't see a tracking number online, it doesn't mean the order hasn't shipped. Packages rejected at delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping will be deducted from the return credit. If the order has already shipped, there will be a fee of $12 per case, plus any shipping charges accrued.
