What is their return policy?
Returns must be initiated by the customer within 30 days of purchase and require an RMA number issued by Bio Bidet Customer Support. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Pickup shipments will be deducted from the refund amount. Due to the hygienic nature of their products, Bio Bidet does not accept returns of used products. All returns are subject to review and may be rejected if received in poor condition. Restocking and handling charges may apply.
Can smart toilets be returned?
Due to the difficulty of shipping this product and the cost to the customer, Bio Bidet will not accept any return of the smart toilet due to the incorrect size, size, shape, incompatibility with the customer's bathroom, or the customer's change of mind. Due to their large size and weight, all smart toilets will use white-glove curbside service. Returns must use the same shipping method to avoid further damage in transit.
What is their shipping policy?
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. They offer free shipping on domestic orders over $49. Orders can only be shipped within the United States and Canada. Currently, they only offer international shipping to Canada at a flat rate of $50.
Can my Bio Bidet be used with a seat lift?
No, anything on top of the seat can't use an electronic bidet except people. Due to the digital safety sensors, there must be direct contact between the seat and the user. Also, add three to four inches to the top of the bidet and the user won't be able to feel the flow at its full potential. If you need a taller toilet, they recommend a comfortable height toilet or a device that raises the toilet from the bottom rather than adding anything to the top. Raising the toilet from the base does not affect the function of the bidet in any way.
