What is their return and exchange policy?
They are happy to accept returns of all unused items within 60 days of ordering for a full cash refund. Beyond 60 days, they will continue to accept returns for 365 days from the date of purchase for store credit. They will pay return shipping for all items under 25 lbs. They will pay return shipping for all items over 25 lbs. In exchange for a refund as store credit. Alternatively, they will issue a cash back refund if you pay for the return shipping for these items. Clearance and heavily discounted items are final sales and are not eligible for returns. Certain oversized items, such as mattresses and furniture, are not eligible for free returns.
What is their shipping cost?
The fees below apply to the 48 contiguous U.S. states with free shipping on most orders over $49. Orders under $49 will be charged a flat fee of $6.95 Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for certain larger items. Expedited service is available for most items for an additional fee, depending on the size of the item and the service selected. After selecting the service in your cart, the cost will be displayed.
How is the order shipped?
All standard orders (which do not require expedited delivery) will be shipped by the lowest cost carrier that serves your address; usually USPS, UPS or FedEx. Certain bulky items (mattresses and furniture) are delivered by a freight service and will be arranged after the order is placed. All expedited orders will be shipped based on the service level and carrier you select at checkout.

Birch Baby is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts. Standard delivery time for in-stock orders is 2-10 business days, depending on your country location and the service we choose. Once your item ships, they provide tracking to give you an accurate estimated delivery date. Expedited shipments placed before 3pm EST will arrive the same day as the order day. Orders placed after 3pm EST will be based on the next day.
