Does Black Radiance use animal by-products?

Acetylated Lanolin Alcohol - Lanolin is a natural, renewable raw material derived from shearing wool. It is a cruelty-free by-product of wool washing and, if not utilized, adds to the environmental problems associated with disposal.

How do they ship my package?

Black Radiance is closed on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 3 business days to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed starting the following Monday. Please note that working days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotions or holidays, orders may take longer to process. Orders outside the continental US such as Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, etc. may take longer depending on the address. Expedited shipping is only available in the continental United States. A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided when the order was shipped.

How to enjoy free shipping?

They offer free standard shipping on orders over $35. For orders with standard shipping, standard shipping takes 5-10 days. During the shipping promotion, the subtotal must meet the qualifying dollar value before tax and shipping costs. Unfortunately, orders shipped to Canada are not eligible for the shipping promotion.

How do returns and refunds work?

They apologize, but due to the low-cost nature of their products, they cannot offer any returns or exchanges.
