When will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise stated. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (even if the cost exceeds the cost calculated by the website). If you pay for express shipping, your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Express orders placed after 12:00 PM ET will be processed the next business day. All standard shipping orders will ship within a day or two of receipt of payment. Double check that the address you provided is correct.

How do returns and refunds work?

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Permission to return any unused items must be requested within 30 days of the date of shipment and their approval is required. If there is a problem with any of your parts, BMI will need to review them with pictures emailed or item returns before refunding. You must obtain a return authorization number from BMI before any items can be sent back. Products must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Off-road karts, UTVs and mini bikes are not returned and are only covered by the manufacturer's warranty policy.

What is the difference between the retail store return policy?

Items purchased online or in-store from BMI Karts can be returned to their physical store for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase, with some exceptions included below.

• Items with damaged, used or lost receipts may be denied a refund or exchange.

• Items returned with the original receipt may receive a refund or store credit for the original purchase price amount. Your refund will be returned to the original form of payment.

• Items returned without a receipt will be returned as store credit only.

• Special order items, items purchased in used (returned) condition, and in-store clearance items cannot be returned.
