What is Metalcloak Return Policy? 

• Sometimes a product doesn't quite work for you. Metalcloak gets it. Either you ordered the wrong part or you no longer need it or it was damaged in shipping… there are myriad reasons why you might want to return a product you purchased from Metalcloak.

• All non-warranty returns will be charged a 10% restock fee.

• If this return is not a warranty issue, or a case of shipping wrong parts, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping. Please DO NOT ship returns without contacting Metalcloak first to get an RMA number. Returns that arrive without an RMA number will not be processed for refund.

What is Metalcloak Exchange Policy?

• Metalcloake understands that things happen, but when you receive your shipment from Metalcloak, please inspect it immediately. If it is not the part you ordered, if there is shipping damage or if you decided you don't like the product, please contact Metalcloak immediately.

• Please do not wait 6 months, then contact Metalcloak deciding that you sold the Jeep and no longer need the product. Or it has been sitting in your garage for a year and now you would like to return it.

• They are happy to help you sell those products via Craigslist or some other marketplace - just send Metalcloak a link to the ad and Metalcloak will share it with thier community.

• All returns or exchanges made within the first 30 days will be accepted, no problem. All others will be scrutinized thoroughly.

• Products must not have been installed, must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to receive a refund.

• All non-warranty refunds will be charged a 10% restock fee.

• All MetalCloak products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one year from the original purchase date. All products produced by MetalCloak are designed exclusively for off road applications and therefore do not have any warranty or guarantee of performance. No warranty or representation is made as to this products ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes that risk. Because of the wide variety of applications of thier products, the effectiveness, warranty and longevity of this equipment are directly related to the manner in which it is installed, used and/or maintained. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these MetalCloak products is with the purchaser. Working on your vehicle can be a dangerous activity. If you are unsure of what you are doing, please leave mechanical or safety critical work to a skilled mechanic. Metalcloak takes no responsibility for how MetalCloak products are installed.

• This warranty is non-transferable. MetalCloak's obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective parts only; at MetalCloak's discretion.
