What is Bobblemaker Return Policy?
By placing this order and completing the checkout- I agree my order cannot be cancelled, returned or disputed in the event I am not happy with my product. While most of Bobblemaker's clients are thrilled with their bobblehead, some are not. All custom made bobbleheads are not meant to be exact replicas of your faces. Thier artists find distinguishing characteristics and accentuate those to create a likeness. If you feel unsure about thier work and quality, please email Bobblemaker at [email protected] and in the subject state - send sample photos, Bobblemaker will send you actual work to show you how good Bobblemaker can be.
If you do not agree, they urge you not to complete this order. Since they are always made-to-order as a result there is No refunds and all sales are final.
- Sculpting bobblehead dolls by hand is a form of art, sometimes when they view art they see different things. One persons interpretation is different from another. Bobblemaker will make every effort to provide you a doll that has the resemblance to your photo but sometimes the difference of artistic interpretation is too far apart.
What is Bobblemaker Shipping Policy?
During the checkout you choose the time line you require to receive your doll. Bobblemaker currently offers the following time lines: 4-6 weeks (full proofing, can be used for any doll)- Approximate time. 3-4 weeks (full proofing, can be used for any doll)- Approximate time. 2-3 weeks (full proofing, can be used for any doll)- Approximate time. 1-2 weeks (no proofs - only used for resin dolls) - Approximate time. 1 weeks (no proofs - only used for resin dolls) - Approximate time.

Polymer clay dolls require no less than 2-3 weeks to create and receive.
1-2 week and 1 week orders do not have proofs provided.
As Bobblemaker strives to meet time lines, delays can occur. This includes shipping company missing a requested delivery date. Also, delay in proofs or changes to proofs can also add time.
Bobblemaker's current chart of shipping and production is found here. Prices subject to change, some items have surcharges which can add more to the listed cost. They ship worldwide! The overall difference of costs on this chart reflects the time to make the dolls. Meaning, they use a base amount to cover the FEDEX or UPS costs, normally 14.95; while the remainder of the payment covers the faster production time line.
