Can I return my online order in a store?
Yes! If returning your order to a store location is more convenient for you. You have two options.
You may bring your items, along with your order confirmation email, to a store and they will process your return.
Or you can request your return online, select option to drop your return off in store. You will be presented with Instant Voucher and when you drop off your package in store location, store will process and refund your return.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
Böhme is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, Böhme offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
How do I use my e-gift card?
Each e-gift card has a unique code. Simply type that code into the gift card box during check out and hit “apply.” The new gift cards are valid in stores and online.
Can I apply a promotion to my previous purchase?
You may request a one-time price adjustment within 3 days after your purchase by sending your request to [email protected]
What do I do if I can’t decide on something now?
Select the item you’re sending back and click “Return.”
Print your return label and mail back the original item.
Your refund will be issued in a form of store credit within 15 days after they receive your return at their warehouse.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed.
You do not need to download Route app, this app is here to help you track all your purchases. You will receive tracking number from them in your confirmation email.
