How does automatic update work?

You acknowledge and agree that each membership will automatically renew and you will continue to be billed unless you cancel your membership or they suspend or terminate your membership in accordance with these terms. They may not renew your subscription at their discretion. They do not guarantee the availability of any particular product.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account in your personal account at the top of the website and selecting "Manage Subscriptions", then "More Details" to expand the text and click "Cancel Subscription". You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to [email protected]. You must cancel your subscription by your next billing date. After your billing date, they will not offer any refunds and you will receive your subscription for the current period.

Is there a risk of loss in shipping?

Unless you specify otherwise at the time of purchase, if you order within the continental United States, shipping and handling charges will be included with your order.
