If you do not owe any additional payments, then you can simply submit the order without any additional payments.

If you have questions about any of their products, please contact them and they will do their best to assist you. For refunds and reprints, they may ask you to take a picture and/or send the product back to their team. I'm sorry, but since their craft supplies are printed to order, they are unable to accept a change of heart return for personalized products.
