What is the shipping policy?
Orders within the continental United States will be shipped via USPS or FedEx from their Pennsylvania facility. Freight is calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. Shipping restrictions: Currently, they are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses. Additional charges may be incurred for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. They will contact you if there are any additional charges. For now, deliveries are only available to American customers.
What is the return policy?
If the product is still in its original packaging, they will be happy to arrange for the return of any item you are not satisfied with. They do not accept returns on unopened or partially consumed items. Please email them for a return shipping number before returning any items. Due to the perishability of many of their products, they can only accept returns or exchanges if they contact them within 10 days of receiving an order. Due to the short shelf life of these products, the chips cannot be returned to them. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the freight and ensure that the item is returned in a safe manner.
