How do I change the shipping address for my subscription?
Simply head to the orders section in the account page and hit the "details" button next to the order or subscription you'd like to update. Just under the order number on this page, you'll see the "Change Address" option. Simply input the new address into the pop-up window and click save!
How can I make sure that I get my gift in time for Chirstmas, someone's birthday, Father's Day, an anniversary, etc?
Not to worry, they've got you covered! If you'd like to place an order now and have it ship at a later date, they do list a few shipping dates through the next few weeks (along with estimated delivery dates) right in the checkout page.
If you'd like something to ship sooner (or later) than the dates you see, just contact them and they'd be happy to get that set up for you!

How do I cancel my Bean Box subscription?
If there's anything they can do to make your experience better, whether that's changing your roast preference, frequency, grind, or anything else, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Otherwise, you can head to the account section, select the item you wish to cancel, and select the cancellation button within the details of the order. Their policy on cancellation is that you need to cancel by 5 PM (PST) on Thursday the week before your next scheduled shipment.
