What should I do to cancel my order?

•  If you want to cancel your first order that has not been shipped, follow the instructions below: If an account was not created at the time of purchase, then one will need to be created to cancel the order.Please use the same email address that was used when the purchase was made to link the order to the account. 

• If an account has already been created simply log in using your email address and password. 

• You can do this by clicking on the ‘person’ icon located next to the basket icon on the home page (top right-hand corner). You will be redirected to the order history page and on the order line there is an option to ‘cancel/edit’ your order.

Can I enjoy free shipping？

• They offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $75.00. To qualify, your cart total must be $75.00 after any applicable discounts, and the order made within the United States. 

• Free shipping is typically 3-5 business days once they ship out your product. 

• They do their absolute best to ship out all orders within 24 hours of ordering Mon-Fri. They currently do not ship any products outside of the United States.

Where can I find my package?

• Tracking typically takes 24 hours to update, but it is not uncommon for tracking to take 2-3 days to update. 

• They do their best to ship out all orders within 1 business day of ordering. If they emailed you a tracking number, then your order has been shipped out of their warehouse. 

• They recommend using the 'shop' app to track your order via email or SMS. The link for this application is embedded in the shipping confirmation email and can be accessed by clicking the 'view your order' tab & by accessing the 'track order with Shop' button. 

• You will have to download the app. This application is very convenient and provides regular shipping updates, a great way to stay in control!

What can I know about the procedure of shippment?

• Once they ship out your order, they will email you the tracking info so you can follow the order during transit. Tracking times take 1-2 days to update once they ship your order. 

• If you have any issues with delivery or the shipping address, please let them know. They are able to change the address before the order ships, but not after.
