Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, no. They pride ourselves on getting orders out to customers quickly. Because they begin working on most orders almost immediately after they are placed, they are unable to make changes after an order has been finalized.
What if my product ends up blurry or pixelated?
The printers and materials they use are of the highest quality available. They also use software that helps enhance the overall production quality of a photo. While they can help make most photos better, not every photo they receive is of a high enough quality to get amazing results. If you are unsure about whether your image will work, they’d recommend opting for a Digital Proof. This will ensure you have the opportunity to review and approve your order before it gets printed.
How do I change the shipping address on my order?
Most orders are printed and shipped the next business day. Because of this they consider orders final when placed, and thus they cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be changed.
- If you need to change the shipping address for your order, contact their online chat support team as soon as possible (or email them if after hours at [email protected]). If your order hasn't already been shipped their team will attempt to update your shipping address. If they cannot change the address, the order will be shipped to the original address entered. Such orders are not eligible for refunds.
Note: In rare instances, changes may incur additional shipping charges (such as shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or international) that customers may be responsible for.
Are sticks included with Big Heads?
Sticks are included with their Big Heads (up to 18 inches). For their Huge, Giant, and Most Biggest Heads, sticks are not included.
