Can I make a return or exchange at Inlovearts?

• If you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received,please Contact Them within 14 days upon receiving them to initiate the return process.

• If there is a product quality problem, the product is missing or send the wrong product, they will Refund or Reissue.

• If for other reasons you want to return the product, please tell them the reason, they will still try their best to meet your needs.

What's the return conditions?

• If you would like to return or exchange the item please contact Contact Them within 14 days of delivery. Overdue requests may not be accepted. At the same time, They do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with them first. 

• If the return or exchange is not caused by Inlovearts, you need to send the goods back and pay the freight yourself. They will arrange an exchange or refund after they have checked your return products.

Can I cancel or modify the orders at Inlovearts?

After you place an order, they will send an order confirmation email, Once the payment verified, Orders cannot generally be cancelled or modified. However, they will do their best to support your request.

When the order status is "Packaged", the package has been handed over to the logistics company, resulting a logistics cost and packing fee. A 10% fee needs to be applied when canceling or modify,

When does Inlovearts process the order?
