Where is my order?

After you place your order on Kidrobot.com, you should immediately receive an order confirmation email. On the order confirmation email, you can review your shipping address, billing address, the items on your order, total charged and their complete terms and conditions. 3 to 4 business days after your order is placed, you will receive an additional email with your FedEx tracking information. If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order please reach out to [email protected].

Can I modify or cancel my order?

No. They make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, once an order enters their system, it cannot be canceled or modified in any way. The standard Kidrobot.com Return & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed on Kidrobot.com.

How do Kidrobot Rewards work?

Kidrobot Rewards is a way to earn points that can be redeemed for coupons or discounts that can be applied to a future (USA only) purchase. What is a blind box?

A blind box is a type of packaging that keeps its contents hidden. Each blind box contains one figure and they are identical in every way so nobody, including them, knows which toy is inside.  The blind box figures range in rarity and this adds surprise and delight to the unboxer. What are the odds of getting the figure I want out of a blind box?

Every figure in a series is displayed on the side of the box, along with odds of finding each one. You may also see one or two "chase" figures, which have the lowest odds and are shown in silhouette. Chase figures are super rare and as a result are harder to get than others. Occasionally they include uber-mystery figures that aren't even on the box. In the past they've even included hand-made, one-of-a-kind figures by famous artists.

What is a pre-order and how does it work?

For select art pieces, Kidrobot might offer them available for Pre-Order. When the item is available for pre-order you have a window of time to place your order for the item with a future fulfillment time that will be longer than the normal time it takes to get your order delivered. On the item page you will see the estimated delivery window for the item. For example, a pre-order for an item might start in December but not ship from Kidrobot's warehouse until May.
