What is Return and Exchange policy of Busch Gardens?

• As long as the item is in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, and unaltered), you can return it within 30 days of your purchase. Once they receive the returned item(s), they will refund you the cost of the item(s) within about one week from when the item is delivered to them. The original shipping cost will not be refunded unless the product is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete at the fault of the company.
• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or short please provide photos of the issue and they will provide a prepaid return label via email.
• They are unable to accept exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, etc., simply return the item and place a new order the item you wish to receive. This will ensure the most timely and accurate delivery of your items.

Where do I redeem my tickets in park?

• If you purchased your ticket prior to your visit, please check your printed or downloaded ticket page for instructions upon your arrival to the park.
• Self-Service Ticketing: Annual Passes purchases online can be redeemed at any one of their fast and easy Self-Service Ticketing kiosks. Kiosks are also available for making purchases of tickets, Passes and select extras with credit cards only. Kiosks cannot redeem coupons or discounts.
• Ticket Windows: Visit their full-service ticket windows to redeem discounted products, pick up will call tickets, and purchase tickets, Passes or extras.
• Park Entrance: Select tickets (excluding groups 15+) and vacation packages are turnstile-ready and may be taken directly to the park entrance and bag check for admission.

US Bank ATMs are located throughout the park. MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Google Pay, Facebook Pay, Shop Pay, Discover are accepted at all ticket booths, restaurants and gift shops with proper identification. Personal checks are not accepted.
