Can I schedule my delivery in advance?

• At this time, it's not possible to schedule an exact delivery date in advance.

• They work closely with their shipping teams to deliver orders as quickly as possible. 

• Orders placed before 1 pm ET are expected to leave their warehouses same business day (Monday to Friday). 

• Orders placed after 1 pm ET are expected to leave their warehouses next business day.

Can I change my shipping address?

• Before your order ships,reach out to Endy Customer Care using the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of this page to let them know about address changes right away.

• They'll do their best to make any requested changes, but they can't guarantee your request will make it to their warehouse team before they pick, pack, and ship your order. 

• If they can't update the address before your order ships, they'll notify our shipping partners of the address change.

Can I pick up my order?

• They do not offer order pickup as they do not have any retail locations and sell exclusively online via their website.

• In some cases you will be able to pick up your order from their shipping partner if requested. 

• For the larger products such as the Endy Mattress, pickup from their shipping partners is only available at the nearest delivery terminal. 

• Most Endy products are too large to be held for pickup at local retail locations.

• To inquire if you will be able to arrange a pickup for your order, please use the live chat feature on this page to contact their Customer Care Team.

Are gifted Endy products eligible for trial returns?

• Their product trials are non-transferrable, and each Endy customer is eligible for one (1) trial per product that begins on the date of delivery.

• If you're purchasing a gift for a loved one, include their name in the shipping address to include them in the product trial. 

• If you're an existing Endy customer, reach out to Endy Customer Care using the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of this page to let them know your new order is intended as a gift.

How do I cancel my Endy order?

• They push new orders to their warehouse throughout the day so their fulfillment team can pick, pack, and ship orders as quickly as possible.

• If you've changed your mind about your order, or realize you ordered the wrong size, use the live chat feature in the bottom-right corner of this page to contact their Customer Care team as quickly as possible. 

• If you reach them in time, they may be able to cancel the order before it reaches their warehouse.

• If they're not able to cancel up-front, they'll provide you with pre-paid return shipping labels so you can ship them back to them for free after your delivery is completed.
