How is the shipping method?
For your convenience, they offer a variety of shipping methods. Different shipping methods are available depending on what you purchase on calvinklein.ca and where the item is shipped. During checkout, you will be prompted to select a shipping method for your item. Shipping costs depend on the shipping method selected and the value of the total order. Your total shipping fee will be automatically calculated during checkout before your order is complete. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method to Express, your order must be received and credit authorized by 1:00 PM EST or your order may not be processed until the next business day.
How do returns and refunds work?
Calvin Klein's policy is to issue refunds for most eligible items returned within 45 days of your confirmed shipment date in their original, unused condition, with the exceptions described below. Items must be unworn and must be tagged. Final sale and custom items are not eligible for return, refund or credit. Merchandise orders currently placed on calvinklein.ca (the Canadian site) can only be returned by mail. Return processing fees are deducted from your refund. Flat return shipping, $4.95 (effective February 28, 2022). If your refund amount is less than $4.95, return shipping will be charged to your original payment method after your return has been processed.
