What is their return policy?
Want to return items to get a refund? Within 14 days after the order arrives at your shipping address, they accept a refund in its original state.
Do you want to return the exchanged items? They accept the exchange of goods in their original state within 30 days after the order arrives at your shipping address.
They do not accept any return of orders or items returned to them outside these time frames, which may cause your order / item to be returned to your original shipping address.

What is their shipping policy?
UK orders: their UK orders are shipped through DPD tracked and Royal Mail tracked 48 for any areas that DPD currently cannot cover. The tracking information will be sent to the mobile number / email address provided at the time of checkout.
Global orders: their global orders are shipped through DHL Express worldwide and DPD europe/dpd air international. If you can, please enter the contact phone number and email address when checking out. Tracking updates and delivery options will be sent to the contact information provided.
Indian customers: all orders sent to India need to send the receiver KYC document (government approved identification and address certificate) to the customs so that the customer can receive the package.
