How to receive your discount?

When will my ring ship?

Most rings are shipped within two working days. However, since all their rings are handmade in small quantities, if a size of ring is out of stock, sometimes it takes 7 to 10 working days to ship. If you have an emergency, such as a wedding, please contact them [email protected] they will try their best to adapt.

Can you engrave rings?

Unfortunately, they do not provide engraving services at present, but their carbon fiber and silver rings can be engraved with standard laser engraving machines in your local jewelry store, while Damascus steel rings can be engraved with diamond point engraving machines. Carbon lume rings can also be carved with a standard laser engraving machine, but since their lume interior is made of materials that most jewelers are unfamiliar with, some jewelers may be uncomfortable carving them.

How can I return or exchange the rings?

• At Carbon6, they guarantee every product they sell, 100%.

• For all non-customized rings, if it doesn't fit, they will be happy to exchange it for the right size any time within 60 days from the time your ring was shipped. And if you're not completely satisfied with a purchase, they are happy to return it, no questions asked, any time within 60 days.

• For customized rings, they will be happy to exchange or return for any reason within 15 days of delivery.
