Can I make a return at Car Parts Warehouse?

• BuyAutoParts.com accepts authorized returns of products within 60 calendar days from the date of purchase. All authorized returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all items and components in the original packaging.

• If you have installed your part and you would like to replace it under warranty, submit the form above and then a representative will process your claim and contact you within 24-48 business hours.

What should I pay attention to when I make a return at Car Parts Warehouse?

• Unlike most companies, they do not charge for restocking. For standard returns, please allow up to 8 business days for your refund to be processed after your return is returned to their warehouse.

• Up to 3 working days to check returns. Up to 3 working days for refund processing. Your payment service provider (credit card company, PayPal, etc.) can complete the refund within up to 2 business days. They are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts 60 days after the failure of either party. 

• Any customer from outside the 48 states is required to pay shipping, taxes, and duties to return items they no longer need, defects, ordering errors, and core returns (including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and Puerto Rico).

Does Car Parts Warehouse provide a warranty?

• They only offer the highest quality auto parts and accessories, but in some rare cases, you may need to replace the product under warranty. If an item you purchased from them needs to be replaced under warranty, they will ship the replacement item for you. In most cases, they pay for shipping within contiguous 48 states *. During the warranty period, they offer two replacement options:

• You return your purchased item and when it is received, they send a replacement item. Once your return is received and inspected (usually received within 72 hours), your replacement item will be shipped within 2 business days.

• You only need to pay a refundable temporary deposit and they will send replacements in advance. This temporary deposit will be refunded in full once your returned items are returned to their warehouse. They provide you with a free return shipping label to the shipping warranty returned to them. Once the return is received and checked (usually within 72 hours), your refund will be automatically processed and sent to you within 2 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used to pay the temporary deposit.
