What are the delivery times?

• All deliveries will occur between 9.00-5.00pm, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately they are unable to confirm an exact time on these deliveries.

• On certain occasions where you have ordered more than one item, your order may be divided into separate parcels which may be delivered at different times within the delivery timescales.

• If you think you are missing any items please contact their Customer Service Team on 0845 003 8283.

What to do for the missing item?

• Certain products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately. 

• If this is not the case, and you have not received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you (and within delivery times) please contact their Customer Service Team on 0845 003 8283.

Does Caseluggage offer international shipping?

• Case Luggage cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance.

• Customers can determine the shipping charges by completing their address details at checkout.

• They cannot be held liable for any import duties, clearance fees, or local VAT charges payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

• If an international order is returned, you will be responsible for any return charges.

When can I receive my refund?

• Please allow at least 2 weeks to process your refund once they have received your goods.  The refund will be credited to the credit card or Paypal account used for the original purchase. They will send you an email confirming that they have issued a refund.

• Please note, refunds will only be actioned once all returned items are in receipt and deemed to be in a resalable and reusable condition by Caseluggage.

What if I received a damaged item?

• Please phone their Customer Services Department on 0345 003 8283 who will arrange for a collection of the goods.

• If you request a refund or exchange due to faulty goods, they will assess the faulty products. If appropriate they will refund you the value of the product and the original delivery charge, or action an exchange for which you will not be charged additional delivery costs.

• You must check whether your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, Please contact their Customer Services Department within 5 working days of receipt of the product.
