How much is the parking fee?

The parking fee is $10 per vehicle when the park is open and operating. Cash and credit cards with logos are accepted.

How do I pay for admission, food and souvenirs?

Castle Park accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express at ticket booths, malls, food stores and souvenir stores. Tickets, season passes and group tickets can also be purchased online. Upon entering the park, there are two ATM locations: inside Al's Big Top restaurant and inside the Arcade.

What are the retail security measures during special times?

• Prior to opening, all non-porous surfaces, high-touch points (door handles, doorknobs, push plates, railings, light and air control switches) will be thoroughly sanitized after opening on a routine schedule.

• Per CDC guidance, to maximize protection from the Delta variant and prevent transmission to others, wear a face covering indoors in public places if you are in a high volume or high transmission area.

• In accordance with CDC guidelines, all team members and guests two (2) years of age and older must wear a face shield.

• Team members will also wear additional PPE, including gloves and face shields, to perform selected job functions.

• Face coverings and hand sanitizer are available for purchase at park retail outlets.

• Automated sanitizer stations have been added at retail locations and throughout the park to dispense alcohol-based sanitizers in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines.

• To maintain a six-foot social distance between tour groups, markers will be placed on the ground in all routes and waiting areas for guests and other participants. Store layouts have been adjusted and Plexiglas barriers will be installed between team members and guests or in areas where social distance between team members is not possible.

• Signage throughout the park will remind everyone (guests, team members, vendors and contracted partners) of the importance of following all rules while at Castle Park.
